Good list, I know at least 9 out of 10 from my own experience, But the good news is you're not very likely to make the same mistake again, because you have to be frugal when shooting film. Another serious mistake, but maybe not for this list: ignoring the first signs of light leaks because the shots on that roll could be done again and then having light leaks in shots that meant something to you. And another: not noticing your light meter gets stuck in a certain position and under- or overexposing shots because of it.
